A large proportion of our turnover is derived from special orders and commissions. We are willing to either work with a customer’s stones or supply them from our own resources. Our designers will produce high quality images to fit a brief or create ideas of their own that work for your client.
Loose Gemstones
We are also able to help source the perfect gemstone or diamond for your customer from our vast network of gem dealers and cutters. Ensuring you get the best possible gemstone for your money.
Remodelling
Jewellery design changes with each generation and older pieces may not now be considered so desirable. We can advise on how best to handle your customer's pieces. Often the best answer is to remodel the stones into a new setting. This preserves the sentimental value and delivers a new piece that can be enjoyed.
